Hassle-Free Returns

At Legacy Perfumes USA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns with UPS.

  • Free Returns Nationwide within the United States.

  • We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received (unused, unopened, and in original packaging).

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. This amount will be deducted from the original order total.

  • Proof of purchase and a Return Approval Code (RAC) are required.

Please do not ship items back without obtaining an RAC.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at 📧 sales@legacperfumesusa.com to request your Return Label 

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back using the label provided.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
